Located at 2022 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063, Vesta operates as a pizza restaurant serving Redwood City in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Redwood City, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across California on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amβ9 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (650) 362-5052. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, vestarwc.com.

Redwood City is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Redwood City is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Quality pizza, fast service and nice atmosphere. We did make a reservation ahead of time so there was no wait (Though we did have to book ~3 weeks in advance for Saturday dinner slot). Parking lots can be full around Saturday evening, but we found parking in a paid garage in under the theater My favorite pizza was the hot honey pizza. The honey added a nice touch to the pizza. Their crust is also niceβ crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The carbonara one was fineβI think Iβm just not a fan of the flavor in general, but itβs still a quality pizza. The margarita was average, but I donβt think you can go wrong with a margarita. They also have a lot of interesting pizzas on the menu so excited to try other ones in the future The butter lettuce salad was average, but that is fine since their pizza is the main star It was really popular when we went. But we sat outside and were able to chat so the noise volume was fine. Note that there is only one bathroom for the entire restaurant and itβs multi-gender so there was a bit of a line for the bathroom. Overall, itβs a quality pizza place for people who really like pizza. And it is very popular so itβs probably best to make a

Wood fired oven pizza that BTS went to multiple times while they had their show in Stanford May 2026. They raved how good the pizza is! Recommend making a reservation on Open Table and we even asked if we can sit where they sat. The servers and staff were so friendly and open and very excited to hear fans come and check it out, they even gave us stickers! They said that since BTS came with many people they ordered practically the whole menu but what stuck out to them or what they ordered multiple times were the sausage and honey pizza and carbonara pizza. Our server also recommended the mushroom toast which was really good. The pizzas take about 25 mins so they recommend ordering some other things while you wait, we did a kale and I think Caesar salad which was really good. I think we also added a pepperoni pizza, so we had 2 salads, mushroom toast, and 3 pizzas for 4 adults and a toddler. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, they over drinks and I really enjoyed the pizza dough, texture, flavors, and overall it was really good. It was busy for a Friday evening, parking can be a little difficult, thereβs some parking garages and street parking nearby but give yourself some t

We ordered a Caesar salad and a ground beef pizza. The Caesar salad wasnβt anything special, and the dressing had way too much garlic. I probably wouldnβt order it again. The pizza tasted good overall, but the crust could have been better. The service was the disappointing part. The staff seemed to be in a hurry. They started clearing my plate while I still had a piece of pizza in my hand. I also didnβt like that they brought the payment terminal to the table and stood there while I chose the tip. It felt uncomfortable, like I was being watched and expected to leave at least 20%. I prefer having a moment to decide the tip based on the service I actually received.

Service is awesome! Cindy was friendly, thoughtful and respectful. Food was delicious especially the mushroom toast. The toast is crispy chewy and flavorful. Seasonal Peach Pizza peach+grilled cheese+bacon is an unexpected and interesting combination. Even the crust of the pizza is delicious. Seasonal pizza was sold out Salted toffee gelato was very creamy!

It was packed but we got seated right away, in the back patio which was nice. Our server Isai Josue was awesome. We ordered everything based on his recommendation and it was delicious. Charred Cauliflower - perfectly charred, dressed in a sweet, savory and mild spicy sauce. Cauliflower was on the soft side but yummy. Arugula salad - very nice and refreshing, perfect. Sausage and Honey pizza - it only comes in one size, which is 14 inches. Pizza crust was soft, thin and light, almost like a naan. All the toppings came together really well, just perfect. Highly recommended. Basque cheesecake- very fluffy and good. Not overly sweet, just perfect. Definitely will return so I can try other apps and small plates like beets salad and pan seared zucchini cakes. Parking: Marshall Street Parking Garage is nearby and first 90 minutes are free too.
